This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Delete your application yourself
If you can sign in to your application page, you can delete everything yourself in a few seconds:
- Sign in and open the Privacy tab on your application page.
- Press Delete my application, confirm that it can't be undone and press Delete permanently.
This immediately and permanently deletes: all the details in your application form, the screenshots and photo you uploaded, your application's history, your consent and marketing permission records, and your sign-in account.
2. Download your data first
The Download my data button in the same tab downloads your whole application and its history as a single file. After deletion this information can no longer be retrieved.
3. If you can't sign in
Email hello@keinemedya.com from the email address registered in the application system, with "Data deletion request" in the subject line, and include your name and Instagram username. Sending from your registered address lets us verify that it's you. Your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest and we will let you know.
4. Our team's own records
For approved applications, your details and screenshots are also copied into our team's own records to prepare your media kit. Deleting from the application page doesn't reach those records; if you want them deleted too, just write to the address above. Contracts, invoices and payment records for a collaboration that took place must be kept for the period required by law.
5. Records that remain briefly
- Security logs of sign-in code requests and upload times are kept for at most 30 days and then deleted automatically.
- Copies left in our automatic backups disappear within 30 days at the latest.
- If you told us you don't want to be contacted again, we keep a "do not contact" record containing only your username and/or email address, so that we don't write to you again.
6. Only turning off marketing
If you don't want to delete your application but don't want campaign announcements either, just turn off the marketing permission switch in the Privacy tab. Messages about your application (the result, missing information) are sent regardless of this permission.
