1. Scope
These terms govern the relationship between Keine Medya and people who use the influencer application system on keinemedya.com. Your application is not an employment or service contract; approval means your profile is added to the influencers we may recommend to brands. Approval does not guarantee any number of collaborations or any income.
The terms of each collaboration with a brand (content, dates, fee, payment) are agreed separately and in writing for that collaboration.
2. Who can apply?
- You must be at least 18. If your date of birth shows you are under 18, the system will not accept your application.
- You must own, or be an authorised manager of, the Instagram account you apply with.
- Each person may apply only once; you cannot apply on someone else's behalf.
3. The information you provide
- You are responsible for the information in the form being accurate and up to date.
- The screenshots you upload must belong to your own account and must not be edited in any way.
- We don't work with accounts that use bought followers, likes or views, or automated (bot) engagement. If we find this, we will reject your application or end your registration.
4. Review and decision
Our team reviews your application. If something is missing or unreadable, we reopen the application for you and explain what is needed on your application page. We may use an AI-assisted tool to help read screenshots; that reading is only a draft and the decision on your application is always made by our team.
Keine Medya may decline applications without giving a reason. If your application is not accepted, you can apply again later with updated details.
5. Fees and account security
We never charge you for applying, for a review, for a media kit or under any other name. We never ask for your Instagram password or access to your account. If anyone asks you for money, a password or access on behalf of Keine Medya, please let us know straight away at hello@keinemedya.com.
You sign in to your application page with a one-time code sent to your email. Don't share this code with anyone.
6. Prices and offers
The minimum reels and story prices you give are used as the floor for the offers we make to brands and are not shared with brands. We respect your barter preference. When a collaboration offer comes in, we pass it to you first; accepting it or not is your decision.
7. Disclosing advertising
When you post content as part of a brand collaboration, you must clearly disclose that it is an advertisement (for example with #reklam / #ad, #işbirliği / #collab tags or the platform's "paid partnership" label). This is required by the Turkish Advertising Board's rules for social media influencers.
8. Relationship with brands
You agree not to carry out a collaboration that arises from an introduction made by Keine Medya by leaving the agency out. The details and duration of this are set out in the contract for the collaboration concerned.
9. Media kit
For approved applications we prepare a media kit from the statistics in your screenshots and your public profile. The figures in the media kit are calculated from your data; they are not embellished or filled in with estimates. The media kit may be shared with brands to propose collaborations.
10. Ending your application
You can delete your application and sign-in account at any time from the "Privacy" tab on your application page (see Deleting your data). We may end your registration if we find a breach of these terms.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current text is always on this page and the date above changes. If there is an important change, we will tell applicants by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it together via hello@keinemedya.com.
